Process parameters and final quality controls are monitored on site by our own technical staff.
With the assistance of a large R&D centre we have access to high level technology such as SEM/EDS Microscope System and we can make nano-scale surface analysis, grain structure pictures… We constantly search for new products, and will support you with customized alloys, surface treatment, downgauging, special applications (Pharmaceutical applications, caps, labels, lacquered finstock, battery foil.

We supply alloys 1200, 1235, 3003, 8006, 8011, 8111, 8021B, 8079 for gauges of 4 to 200 microns with a large range of tempers and surface treatments. Widths of 100 up to 1950 mm.
We cover a wide range of products such as Aseptic foil, Flexible packaging for human food and pet food, Lids, Pharmaceutical foil (blister, pouches), Chocolate foil, Confectionary, Bags, Caps, Labels, Insulation, Battery, Semi Rigid Containers, Finstock etc.

Aluminium foil is characterized
With alloy (we deliver 1xxx series with 99% minimum aluminium, 8xxx series with AlFeSi content and 3003 series with AlMn content). Every single element is measured with spectrometer.
With mechanical properties : depending on products an applications we measure and report Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS), Yield Strength (Rp02), Elongation, Erichsen, Burst Height, Earing,..etc. Mechanical properties are the result of alloy, temper, process (reduction, final annealing) and are key parameters for final application.
With gauge, porosity, stickiness, wettability, brightness…etc.
We have inline detections systems and all these parameters are controlled according to international Norms (EN546, EN573, ASTM B926…) and reported on Certificate of Analysis.

Aluminium and aluminium foil are endless recyclable and never lose any quality or characteristics. (I prefer : aluminium is an endlessly recyclable material, which loses neither its quality nor its properties)Its remelting requires only 5% of the energy needed for primary aluminium.
